Best love FODMAP bars ever

I’ve tried multiple brands of gluten free and low FODMAP snacks but these are amazing! zero bloating or cramps yet delicious! These really are amazing, prompt delivery and never fail to disappoint.

All the yum without the bloated tum.

I’ve been suffering from IBS/SIBO for many years now and finding a snack that’s low fodmap has been challenging until I found these bars. They’re a really great flavour filling too, packed with protein. Great after or before a session in the gym or a run.
