We now ship from the UK so your delicious Fodbods bars will arrive super fast – just in time to satisfy your tummy grumble.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
0 - 0.5kgs = £3.95
Over £40 = FREE!
Express shipping: 2-3 business days
If you want your Fodbods super fast, we also offer express shipping. Costs are based on weight.
Processing time
We ship your orders the same day you place them or the following (we're really speedy). If you order on Friday - Sunday or a public holiday, we'll send it the next business day.
Issues with delivery
Hopefully there are no issues with delivery. It's usually smooth sailing but things happen... Fodbods cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, disasters, Fodbods thieves (it happens!), etc.
If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately and we'll do everything we can to get it sorted!
Wrong address
If you notice an error in your address, let us know ASAP and we'll do our best to correct it / divert your package. The sooner the better – it's much easier to fix if the order hasn't yet been processed.
Lost parcels
Occasionally parcels get lost in transit (sad face). Where there has been no update on the status of your delivery for 15 consecutive days, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Damaged orders
If your order gets damaged in transit, please send photos of the delivery or correspondence from the courier company and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
Unable to deliver
Where we are unable to deliver your order due to an issue with the address provided and your parcel is returned to us, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of £6 or your order will be refunded, less the cost of shipping. Note – this is not a penalty, it's because it costs us quite a lot to send your parcels and we're also charged a fee when they're returned to us.
