Hazelnut Mocha 10x 50g Bars

When I first realised I had to start following a low fodmap diet it was a hard transition period but discovering fodbods during my research has been a life saver! Great size, great taste and one happy tummy!

These are really tasty. They also did a good job at abating my hunger when I used them as a lunch substitute.

Like the taste so that I eat minimum 2 bars a day

These bars are so creamy and rich in flavour. My only criticism would have to be the size of the hazelnut chunks. The whole hazelnuts ruin the texture for me.

They are very nice bars with a good texture. The taste is pretty impressive, and I can eat them without needing an immediate visit to the 'ty bach', as I experience when eating other bars that contain artificial sweeteners that cause a laxative effect.

My Favourite, along with Peanut one…my everyday morning bar without fail ✅ 😋

These are very filling, definitely a meal replacement for me. Useful to have on my bag.

Gorgeous, sadly sooo expensive but that’s my only dislike, safe FODMAP chocolate I. Beautiful 😍

I’ve tried all the options and these are one of the best tasting bars! Struggle to eat a full breakfast early in the morning so these are a great alternative
