These bars are a tasty treat! I have Banana Peanut and Lemon Coconut and both are really good and very satisfying. They make a big difference to the low FODMAP diet, much more enjoyable!

I've tried many many protein bars, including vegan/plant based and Fodbods are the only bars that cause not even a single niggle.

They taste great, and lots of flavours to try.

Cannot wait for the Elevate bars and protein powder to hit the UK, im desperate for a powder that is super kind to my gut 🤞🏼

I’ve been buying Fodbods for a while now and I think I’ve tried all of them. My favourites are the Peanut & Chocolate and the Lemon & Coconut in the big bars. Each bar is made up of just a few good quality ingredients. I take them whenever I go travelling and if I’m on a plane I eat a Fodbod instead of airplane food as I know I’m putting something healthy inside my body, and it’s so easy to eat. They are delicious!

Lovely, gut friendly protein bars. No nasties in the ingredients list - just ingredients you recognise as foods! The ingredients list is also nice and short, unlike many protein bars.

These are the only protein bars I can have as an IBS sufferer who has to follow a low fodmap diet. They taste great and are perfect as a snack on long hikes.

I love Fodbods, my current favourite are the hazelnut mocha, but I've tried them all. Post menopause my digestion has been tricky, but I still want the convenience of a snack that ticks protein box for me - and this is it. Also highly recommended if you're trying to cut down on chocolate as these feel like a lovely treat.

I love the Fodbods bars and they’ve been a life saver in my digestive journey! I particularly love the lemon and coconut cos they make such a nice change from chocolate! Easy to keep in my handbag for those snacks moments when there is the temptation to eat something that isn’t necessarily good for my gut!
